Our owner and operator, Mickey Clontz, brings over 36 years of expertise from the auto mechanics business to our team. Having invested thousands of hours into repairing and maintaining heavy machinery, including tractors, dump trucks, excavators, and skid steers, Mickey’s technical knowledge is unparalleled. His lifelong passion for moving land and construction drives our commitment to excellence and ensures that every project we undertake is completed with precision and care.
Joining Mickey is James Crouse, a skilled operator with an extensive 40 years of hands-on experience in professional grading and excavation. James’s expertise in operating heavy machinery and his keen understanding of site preparation and land development make him an invaluable asset to our team.
